2006/2007 Tuition and Fee Schedule

 

NEW STUDENT TESTING FEE:                  $50.00 per student - Kindergarten and above

 

REGISTRATION FEE:                                 $100.00 per family (2-day preschool excluded) – Non-RefundableFee

 

BOOK & MATERIALS FEE:                       $320.00  K-12  (textbook rental & workbooks purchase)

Parents have the option of choosing a two-day, four-day week or five-day week. A charge will incur for days students are absent. Monthly rates are based on 175 days in a school year divided over 10 months.  The four-day week is based on 140 days in a year. The two-day preschool can be paid monthly based on the daily rates.

¨Third Child Discount - For families enrolling three or more children, the youngest children will receive a 25% tuition discount.

 

¨Referral Discount – A family will receive a 5% discount for referring another family to CCS, or they will receive a 10% discount for referring two families.  The families must enroll for at least one full year.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES                                                                                                                                    

Preschool Yearly Milk/Juice Fee      $45.00  (Charged to account once each semester for snack time)

Enrichment Fee (K-12 only)               $60.00 (Computer lab, Science activities, Library, PE, Art & Music)

 

Lunch              Lunch Cards can be purchased for $32.50 (includes drink) or $30.00 (without drink).  One card pays for 10 meals. Lunches cannot be paid for individually; cards must be purchased from the office.  Meals are $3.00 each.

 

Milk/Juice      Milk/Juice Cards can be purchased for $5.00, which pays for 20 drinks. The cost for each    
                        drink 
is $0.25

 

Extended Care Fee   

After School Care Hourly rate   $ 2.50/hr  (3:00-6:00 PM)

Before School                           $ 2.00  (7:10-7:45 AM)

 

Athletic/Extracurricular Fees - $25.00 charged for participation in any sport or extracurricular activity sponsored by the school.  Additional expenses can/will be incurred at the determination of the activity sponsor.

 

FACTS Tuition Management

Monthly payments are made through a system called FACTS where tuition is automatically debited from your checking or savings account on the 5th or 20th of each month (over 10 months). Annual fee is $38.00.  Credit Cards may also be used to pay tuition.  More information can be found at www.factsmgt.com.  Families who pay up front for the whole year do not use FACTS, and they will receive a 5% discount if they pay by July 1st.
